Meet Oswaldo Robles, the Founder of Kwarachi

Greetings, I am Oswaldo Robles, the founder of Kwarachi. As a Mexican national, I have always had a deep appreciation for the art and culture of my country, and this passion led me to create Kwarachi, a brand that celebrates the traditional craftsmanship of Mexican footwear.

Growing up, I was surrounded by the beautiful and diverse footwear styles that Mexico is known for, and I was always fascinated by the intricate details and patterns. As I got older, I realized that many of these traditional styles were at risk of being lost as modernization and globalization took over.

This realization inspired me to create Kwarachi, a brand that honors the traditional techniques and materials used by Mexican artisans to create huaraches, a type of sandal that has been worn in Mexico for centuries. My goal was to share the beauty of Mexican footwear with the world and preserve these traditions for future generations.

At Kwarachi, we work directly with skilled artisans from various regions of Mexico to create unique and high-quality huaraches. We use only the finest materials and pay attention to every detail, ensuring that each pair of huaraches is a work of art.
