and we gladly accept returns and size exchanges as long as the item meets the conditions below.
30-Day Window
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
New Condition
Items must be new, unused, clean, and in their original condition.
Size Exchanges
Need another size? Contact us first so we can provide the return address and instructions.
International Returns
International returns are accepted. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Size Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or need a different fit, please contact us before sending the item back.
We will provide the correct return address in Mexico and the instructions for your exchange.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the original pair back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned pair, we will ship the replacement pair to you.
- For size exchanges, we cover the shipping cost of the new pair sent back to the customer.
- The returned huaraches must be new, unused, clean, and in original condition.
International return shipping can be expensive.
In some cases, instead of returning the pair for an exchange, it may be more convenient to use a
35% discount toward a new order. This option can help reduce the cost and waiting time
of an international return.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be returned in new,
unused, and original condition.

Handmade Product Notice
Our huaraches are handmade by artisans in Mexico. Because of this, small variations are normal and
part of the character of the product.
- Leather tone may vary slightly from pair to pair.
- Handwoven construction may have small natural differences.
- Color absorption may vary because genuine leather is a natural material.
- Minor handmade details should not be considered defects.
Customs, Duties, Taxes & External Fees
Important: The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes,
VAT/GST, brokerage fees, carrier handling fees, or any other charges required by their country
or local authorities.
These charges are not controlled by our store and are not included in the product price unless
clearly stated at checkout. Customs policies vary by country, and fees may be requested before
delivery or even billed after the package has been delivered.
- Customs duties, taxes, and external fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- These fees are not refundable by our store.
- Delays caused by customs are outside of our control.
- If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, any return costs or charges may be deducted from the applicable refund.

We will provide the return address in Mexico and the details needed to send the package back.
Ship the item back
The customer pays for the return shipping. We recommend using tracking for international returns.
Inspection and resolution
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return or send the replacement pair.

are normal in artisanal products and are part of their unique character.
